An initial phone consultation will be scheduled to answer any questions and ensure that telehealth is the level of care that will best support you and meet your needs and to confirm that we will be a good fit working together.
Telehealth is currently my only modality of seeing clients.
Specialized Eating Disorder Treatment is the primary service that I provide. My approach is grounded in Health At Every Size (R) and supports learning how to eat intuitively, reject the diet mentality, and integrate mindful awareness and attendance to the body's needs. I encourage you to develop and connect with support team members, such as a primary care doctor, RDN, and/or group therapist.
Populations
I am thrilled to support individuals of all backgrounds, races, gender identities, abilities and body types. I am also familiar with polyamorous relationships and other relationship dynamics, and am happy to serve these populations.
I have extensive training in working with populations struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, Obsessive-Compulsive and Related Disorders. I am happy to work with any of these presenting challenges, as long as telehealth is an appropriate setting.
I am trained in evidenced-based practices to support the process of recovery.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
